XIGNCODE FAQ
- What should I do if a blue screen occurs while playing a game?
- Blue screens can have various causes. To determine whether the issue is related to XIGNCODE and analyze it, we need a memory dump file. This file records the contents of system memory when the computer stops unexpectedly. It is saved as Memory.dmp in the system root directory (usually C:\WINDOWS\Memory.dmp). If a blue screen occurs, email support@wellbia.com with Memory.dmp attached. We will analyze it and provide a solution. Please describe the circumstances of the error in detail to help us investigate.
- Where can I find xigncode.log?
- The xigncode.log file records XIGNCODE activity. If an XIGNCODE issue cannot be resolved using the FAQ, you can email us with the log attached for a more detailed investigation. Look in the folder containing the game executable, or in its bin or xigncode subfolder. Send the file to support@wellbia.com with a detailed description of the circumstances of the error. We will analyze it and provide a solution.
- What should I do if antivirus software or a firewall causes an error?
- If your antivirus software or firewall restricts XIGNCODE, the game may fail to launch or an XIGNCODE error may occur. Email support@wellbia.com with the product name and version, a screenshot of the error, and a description of the symptoms. We will investigate and help resolve the issue.
